Shipping Information

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Shipping Options:

    • Standard International Shipping: 7–14 business days

    • Express Shipping: 3–7 business days (DHL / FedEx / UPS depending on destination)

  • Tracking: A tracking number will be sent to your email as soon as your order ships.

  • Shipping Fees: Calculated at checkout based on destination and shipping method.

  • Customs & Duties: For international orders, any customs fees or import duties are the responsibility of the buyer.

Note: Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, local holidays, or logistics delays.


Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't right, we’re here to help.

  • Return Period: Within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Eligibility: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags intact.

  • Process:

    1. Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.

    2. Our team will provide the return address and detailed instructions.

    3. Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll process a refund or exchange.

  • Return Shipping Cost:

    • Paid by customer unless the item is damaged or sent in error.

  • Non-Returnable Items:

    • Custom-made products, clearance items, or final sale products cannot be returned unless defective.
